Implementation
Point Enterprises provides implementation
services for NetXed and StaffPro products on a fee basis.
When products are purchased through a Distributor, installation
services will be contracted through the Distributor
unless special arrangements are made.
When purchased directly Point Enterprises
can provide remote or onsite assistance, customization
or training services. Services may include assisting
your internal staff up to full turn-key implementations.
Customization
Services to customize or extend the products
are also available. These may include:
- Creating reports
- Configuring data extraction, transfer, import or
export
- Customizing process automation
- Training
- Custom program development
Point Enterprises has experience in all areas of product
customization and utilization, as well as the capability
to develop custom programming in many languages and
environments as appropriate.
